It looks good in the sun

Even better in the rain

It’s alluring in the winter

But summer isn’t a pain

Its pleasing curves are a complete balm to the eyes

Quiet corners that are found

Are like a happy surprise

Subtle colours all around

The beautiful symmetry

Trees tall with shade wave

In the breeze like poetry

Calmness, hurriedness, ups and downs it has seen

Tears of love, tears of laughter, tears of pain here have been

It stands tall and welcomes

The old and the new

Not intimidating

Just embracing

Its faults just a few

So much neatness that a glance

Cools your hassled mind

Unassuming in its perfection

Like a person very kind

What to say of the wildlife wonders here we spot

At work yet one with nature

Such a privilege we have got

The red and the yellow, the orange and the pink

In the beauty of my campus

I walk in and I sink
