She uses computational strategies on understanding the mutational landscape of SARS-CoV2 and finds the structural and functional aspects for the disease severity and host pathogen response. She loves watching movies, series, singing, making art, writing and playing badminton.
Kriti Khare
Kriti Khare is a PhD student in Dr. Rajesh Pandey's Lab. Her focus is on understanding the role of cellular heterogeneity in disease severity and clinical outcome. She will be taking Single cell genomics and multi- omics approach to elucidate the heterogeneity behind infectious diseases, in particular COVID-19. Her passion also lies in singing along with playing musical instruments, badminton and Carrom
